Shipping Area

Pinoy Asian Market ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing and Cutoff Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing on the next business day. For this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Time and Cost

Shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States. Once your order ships, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Partner

We use UPS to deliver orders. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package on the UPS tracking page. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us with your order number and email address.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately. If we can confirm that the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method without an additional handling fee. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; please follow our returns and refunds process after delivery.
